Fixed my VW Tiguan cold start misfires.
Totally recommend this product. Spray it into the MAF intake with great success. A noticeable difference in cold morning starts and idling. Am confident that the spray removed at least some of the carbon build up on the values. Give it a try before giving your mechanic your hard earned cash.

Best GDI intake valve cleaner
Very easy to apply. Just follow instruction carefully. In my experience, it is effective in cleaning gdi intake valve of my Kia Rio 2012 Sli hatch. Im using it every 7500km before change oil.

Easy and effective
Kia Cerato GT 2020 with 32,000km It was pretty easy to apply, I opened up a vacuum line on the throttle body to spray into, I needed a neighbour to help keep the revs up but the whole process was less than 30 minutes. It seems to have worked well, the slight misfire I had at a cold start is gone. I will be putting a oil catch on in the near future, but I will still do an intake clean every 15,000km. If you have a GDI type engine, you should be using this regularly.
