Pro's: price Cons: noise cancellation = 0. I use these for work from home so the NC for background noise is imperative. The 4200 series NC is unmatched - I thought these would be an upgrade but they are not. This is a great headset. This model is a few years old but still better than the new ones. I have the newer Poly version of this headset and it's not any better and a whole lot more expensive. Sound quality is fantastic, love the mute button, the voice "You're on mute" when in a conf call. Bluetooth to your computer isn't always that reliable especially when you've got a mouse and other bluetooth devices. The dongle gives you a dedicated bluetooth connection and the range is pretty good.
