Great light weight ear piece. Easy to set up, easy to use however it doesn't cancel out your background noise, it seems to magnify it. I do a lot of phone work from home and I've noticed people pause in conversation to listen to MY background noise..IE: horn blowing, a knock at the door. Other than that, I love it.
