  • OEM quality, perfect fit, fixes your HVAC getting your air flow back. Eliminates that behind dash annoying noise!

This is a great product because it is an OEM quality manufactured by Subaru. Its fit and function work perfect and restores your original operation of your blend door actuator. Eliminates the noise and faulty movement of the heater blending between cool and warm. This is for the 2005-2009 Outback/Legacy middle servo unit on the passenger side behind the dash. It is helpful if you remove the lower servo before replacing this particular one. Remove the three phillips screws in the metal bracket (watch out its sharp!) and the one that holds the bracket to the main HVAC housing. Bend the bracket out some and remove the servo. Replace. Make sure your other plastic white arms are lined up in the grooves of your new Servo unit. You may have to turn your ignition on and press your console button to get the servo arm in a close synchronization.

  • Defective Part Seller

Defective Part. As you can see by the photo, I sent the actuator plastic arm is stuck directly over the metal that bolts to the HVAC frame. When you plug in the electric it will not position itself correctly and cannot be reset. Keep in mind there is no way to adjust or reposition the actuator arm. It is simply defective. You cannot remove the actuator arm and reposition it either.
