    Good tool

    Well designed. Good performance. Although in my opinion, the goodness of a tool, and many other things, becomes noticeable over time. Sometimes feedback is requested even when the item has not yet been received. Also, after sending feedback about the item, the query is sent again. This is another topic, but it is worth mentioning.
