Not much quieter than an Intel stock fan
It is quieter at low RPMs but for the majority of my duration, it is not much quieter than the Intel stock. For the price, it does what is says on the tin.

Peace at last and alot cooler
cooler comes with heat sink compound already applied, so all you have to do is clean cpu top. I changed the cooler as my old one was making a noise, temperature had gone up to 80 degrees, mainly due to the drying up of the heat sink compound. now running at a nice 47 degrees.
