Prevention and treatment of travel sickness Product Description *** KWELLS Kids, Each chewable tablet contains 150 micrograms hyoscine hydrobromide. also contains saccharin sodium. Category Gastrointestinal, antiemetic drugs. Indications For travel sickness prevention. Dose instructions All doses should be taken 30 minutes before travelling or at onset of nausea. Children 2-7 years : take ½ tablet , repeat every 2-4 hours when required maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children 8-12 years 1-2 tablets , repeat every 2-4 hours when required maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets may be sucked, chewed or swallowed. Contraindications In children under 2 years of age. Precautions This medicine may cause drowsiness. Children who have been given KWELLS kids should not be left unattended.
