Amazing!!! You’re best blonde!
This had a desirable end result. The Hi Lift product it’s self is purple with a nice velocity and along with the blue Hi Lift bleach brought out a more cooler lift instead of throwing copper tones which I’m picky about. I love it! If I’m you like a cooler blonde lift, buy this!!!
