Might be better then the capsule type
Time will tell but another brand I was using for long time stopped making this Niacin 500 mg time release type. So I was using another brand that was a capsule type. Something did not seam right with them. I don't know if it was the capsule or something else in it. I had aches in my arms I did not have before and got heat flashes at weird times during the day, on my left upper back and shoulder, yet I was taking this at night with water. How would I know?

It's too early to tell if it's working great because I'm working into it gradually. After bloodwork I'll be able to tell for sure. I'm phasing out the old Niacin. Next week I'll up to 1000 mg a day of your product.Going for 1500. So far, so good. Everything seems to be good. Only the bloodwork will tell for sure.
