I was always interested to know more about the unique construction of this aircraft, thus snapped the book.. The book has to be read twice - the first time you get an overview, and learn late on why the aircraft shown was so rusty (it was a 1940 wreck salvaged from Loch Ness). The second time you read in details, and use a magnifying glass to browse the hi-res but small-ish photos. I am scandalised that only one Wellington was conserved for posterity. And even this one was a salvaged wreck.
