Bluetooth headset
Product was listed as Jabra brand headset. The headset that was sent was unbranded. If the quality is good the brand / "unbrand" is not pertinent. I'm more interested in functionality. So far it seems acceptable, especially when you factor in the price I paid for the product. Also it must be mentioned that the speed in which I received it was exemplary!!!!

Jabra Bluetooth, One-Ear, Decent model, a few oddities.
This is the 2nd model of Jabra earpiece I have owned, and I'm typing the review after using the older model for 4yrs, and this model for 4 weeks... so I've got some basis for comparison. Model OTE7 Jabra bluetooth earpiece is being called "Extreme2" by Jabra. Plus features: (1) buttons easier to find than older Jabra 2402 (2) it has a physical On/Off switch. other one just pushed same button + wait. (3) OTE7 also tells phone it will play music (in between calls) OLD Jabra would not play sounds + music, if you want to play MP3/podcast/Youtube. (4) more choices for ear padding than old one. (5) Fits in pocket easier than 2-ear models with cord. (6) voice & sound prompts for pairing, or low battery. (7) a bit better sound quality and volume range than old Jabra earpiece. (8) there seems to be a bit of background "sound cancellation" here. [ if driving when taking a call, people hear me more clearly ] Minus Features: (1) Battery does not last as long,,, My older one would last 1.5 days, this one 5 hours. (2) Ear clip is smaller... not as comfortable as old one. your preference may differ. (3) Adjusting volume on earpiece will not change volume setting in phone. Lightweight
Nice but easily knocked off of ear! I wore it 2 or 3 times and found out that taking my glasses off and on pulls it right off of your ear. The first time it happened I was still in the house but the last time I was shopping. Went back to try to find it but it was gone! It worked well as far as easy pairing and the voice commands. Nice little device.
This device works well. Easily set up. I appreciate the on/off switch. I read that some of these little headsets do not have that. When I turn it on, it tells me the power is on. Then it tells me it is "connected" to my phone. If I walk too far away from my phone, it tells me it is "disconnected". Has a problem
This would be a great headset except exactly 5 minutes after taking or making a call, the person on the other end of the conversation tells me I start to sound like I'm talking into a tin can. I can hear the other person beautifully but after 5 minutes, they can't hear me very well. I really liked this headset and have had other Jabra products in the past that worked very well. Not bad for a cheap price
