7 days a week bloating now only 1 or less!
I've tried enzymes, apple cider vinegar and also food elimination..but why would you want to eliminate every food that you enjoy? It's been many years since I've been impressed by a product and that works instantly. I take it with all 4 of my meals now and also read that if you let your body rest and heal while u replace it with some other stomach acid it will be back to normal. That I hope will come true in time. All I know is that I have much relief now and can eat my favorite foods again and don't require fasting. Pepsin verses HCL
