Bought this product because of previous experience with the brand. I was not disappointed, easy to install, easy to sight in, clear optics! The only negative is the lock crews for windage and elevation adjustments are covered up by the iron sights. A change in that design would make a world of difference.

I took a gamble on this sight as it was a previous model and the price was good for what I wanted. Like other reviewers, after I assembled it and turned it on, I found the dot didn't resemble a dot. It's more like a distorted half circle. I marked it OK as this is going on a .22 for open class rimfire. For a more competitive gun, this would be unacceptable. I may get in contact with Burris and put there "Forever Warrenty" to the test.

I bought this to go on a Smith and Wesson M&P pro c.o.r.e. The sight works great and holds its potion well. The low profile was exactly what I wanted. Sight acquisition is very good. It works as well as the more expensive recommendations for the M&P c.o.r.e. which Smith & Wesson provides mounting plates for. By the way,one of those works with this sight as well. There are a couple of negatives with this sight is 1) to replace the battery the sight has to be removed from the gun and sighted in again. But the battery life seems very good and the on and off swith really conserves the battery when not in use. And 2) the set screws to lock the potion of the red dot are in a bad place for Smith and Wesson pro c.o.r.e application. This particles gun has tall sights and the low profile allows for co-witnessing both sights or if the battery goes out, iron sights can still be used, which is what I wanted. But the set screws cannot be loss Ned or tightened without removing the back sight which is very difficult without a sight removal tool. Ended up buying such a tool and I am still money ahead because this sight is about half the price of the recommended sights for the M&P pro c.o.r.e. All in all, I am pleased with the sight but there is some extra work with battery change and sight adjustment. Would recommend this product if you don't mind a little extra work.Read full review
THE BURRIS SIGHT WAS EASY TO ZERO IN. WORKS GREAT FOR AN OLDER SHOOTER WITH OLDER EYES (56). THE SIGHT WAS MOUNTED ON A 6 IN BARREL, 357, AND ZERO AT 50 YARDS. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I WOULD HAVE LIKED THE DOT TO HAVE BEEN ROUND AND MORE DEFINED, BUT THIS ONLY COMES ON HIGHER PRICED UNITS. IN ALL I DO LIKE THIS SIGHT.

Would recommend, especially for under $200. Very compact and light weight , good sight picture and crisp dot. The fast fire 3 has a few upgrades but cost more. If you want quality optics on a budget, this is for you
