It's hard to believe how far you can go from the base with the headset. It has its own mute button on the headset and that alone makes this a jewel. The amount of time the battery lasts is another valuable feature. The microphone is very sensitive, too. I'll buy another just like it when the time comes.

In form and function it is a generally nice product with only a few issues. First, the headset I got wasn't an 'e' revision meaning it didn't work with the Electronic Hook Switch adapters so you need the handset lifter. The handset lifter is junk, the double sided tape doesn't stick well and it never lifted the handset. The handset would just fall off the lifter negating its use. The lifter also unbalanced the phone (Polycom IP 550) and it would fall over when it tried to answer. I ended up getting a 9350e that was an actual 'e' revision and got my EHS adapter so I can use the headset functions of the phone. It's a way better path to go. I'm putting this 9330 on another phone because I after the partial refund I got for it not being an 'e' version even though it was claimed to be I only spent $10. All in all, I wouldn't spend any more than $30 on the item.Read full review
This headset works equally well with the computer telephone app and the telephone. A simple push of a button allows changing from one to the other, and the range is very good. Set up took a bit because the headset was not paired with the base, and the instructions are tedious, but overall, this is an excellent headset.

The Jabra GN9330e headset is a great headset for VOIP work-from-home applications.
