I had the S9-HD and it lasted at least five years so I thought I would give the newer model a try. The sound quality and features are great just like the previous model. The only difference is the newer model is very tight fitting on the sides of your head. If you don't have a large head it's not a problem, but if you do it is. I have been trying to get it to loosen up, but it's still tight. Other than that it's great!

First, the product wouldn't connect. I had to google S10-HD connecting problems and you have to do a reset on the unit which wasn't in the instructions (hold power and volume up button at the same time until you get a solid blue light). Secondly, the unit is not very loud. If you're in a very loud environment they're useless. And finally, the play/pause button wouldn't work all the time. The manual did say some features may not work on all products (Samsung Galaxy S5)?

The ear piece need to be much softer. It hurts when it is used for long period of time. The arms tend to squeeze the side of the ears also. Arms could be hoisted to prevent contact with ears. But apart from the discomfort when use for prolonged periods, it's a great product looks n quality. It's just the ergonomics that needs some improvement

I drive 1 hour each way to and from work and loves listening discreetly to music while working so it's a necessity for me to have a bluetooth headset. after 2 plantronics backbeat which easily got broken, i purchased the s10 and found out that it has a very satisfactory battery life, quite durable, and with the right buds it fits my ears and head fine, hidden under my long hair, and gave me only a slight discomfort in the beginning. Sound quality is below Plantronics backbeat but i can live with it because i cannot be so engrossed with music while at work. it serves me well and the current price is good. I initially wanted the s11 but i don't want to waste money on that because of the cracking issue on the neck band.
Shipped on time. Inexpensive. And works great! Couldn't ask for more. Great buy!

Got it for my dad as a Christmas gift. He had a hard time setting it up because the instructions were too small for anyone to read without a microscope. I helped him over the phone as much as I could, considering I own a pair of S10 headsets too. I found a manual online that he could refer to in the future. I found it difficult to hear him while speaking to him on the phone because his headset was not as loud and clear as he claimed mine was. The whole reason my dad wanted a set was because of how easily he could hear me on the phone when I was using them and how well they stayed in place no matter what I was doing. Either way, he likes them, despite any minuscule issues they may have.

I really love these, I bought a pair for my brother, who is tough on head phones. I have gotten over 2 years our of mine and still enjoy them. they are quick to charge and once you find the right ear buds from the 4 your have to choose from in the box. it has a nice sound and are very comfortable. the only issues with these are: 1) wearing them for a long time becomes uncomfortable (2 to 3 hours) 2) the ear buds are easily lost and are not cheap to replace.

This headset connects easily to the device from which you wish to broadcast but I found the set itself to be quite uncomfortable. It is made of a very stiff plastic and not designed for anyone with a large head. Price was reasonable and maybe they would work better for someone that has a smaller head but I'm not so sure. They are too uncomfortable to even use.

This is a pretty sturdy, high-quality earpiece. You can hear pretty well through them and others can hear you speaking. My only issue with it is that it is slightly uncomfortable to wear. They don't fit very well over my ears and it starts to become uncomfortable after a while. I definitely choose not to wear them for an extended period of time.
