clear and lasts for days
I bought one of these 2-3 years ago to use in my truck. At night we (drivers) will call each other just to break the boredom of the road, get directions,etc. These headsets are comfortable, very clear and will last for hours on a single charge.I had to replace a battery in mine recently due to it not holding a charge . Not what its cracked up to be.
I did plenty of research before deciding on a bluetooth headset for my husband (otr driver) and this one in particular had the best reviews so with so many recommending this product I decided to purchase this brand. Save your money is all I can say. The noise cancelling works great, Can't hear when his window is down or any background noise at that but that's about the only positive. Clarity is a huge downfall. He sounds like he has covered the mic when talking (which he isn't) He can barley here me which means quality of the sound through the bluetooth is also a downfall. Does not live up to the reviews people have left. He has only had it 2 weeks and will be purchasing another in the near future. Great sound quality!
I was skeptical at first. But my work truck is so noisy that I could not make or receive phone calls so I thought I would give this a try. I am glad that I did. Because now I can make calls even when I'm in busy traffic. My wife says that my voice comes through loud and clear. It also works very well with the voice commands on my samsung phone as I use it to send and receive texts. Couple of small drawbacks are you get headphone hair, and it takes some time to get used to a bigger device on your ear. Worth every penny
I bought this headset to replace the one I had before. It was the older model. It has lasted 12 years. That's right! 12 years! While it is still working, I wanted to upgrade to the newer model and retire "Old Faithful". This new model dies not disappoint. Noise is not an issue even when standing beside a running 18 wheeler! Does not have very good range
Range is less (by near half) than original factory model. Additionally, no voice commands noting out of range, connected, disconnected etc. as the factory model has of same model. This is not the same unit as previous ones
I have had three of these Blue Parrot, I liked my past ones very much. They would last until I got them wet or accidentally drove over one. I did not send this one back because I figured that I would receive the same type and I need it for business. This one has a much shorter microphone so it does not get to the front of my lips where it is necessary. People that I speak with also inform me that it is constantly cutting in and out. Newer = Better
I have used the older model BT-250XT (no plus) for many years. And it was getting a bit not quite working right. Decided it was time to replace it, should I take a risk and go some other brand? Glad I did not. Newer model BT-250XT+ works better than old model, has longer battery life and my wife no longer complains about how I sound over the headset. The lady telling my in an aussie voice that Power is on, and my Headset is now connected are cute, wish I could turn her off after a while. Range seems a little shorter than the older model. Works well but misleading pic
This blue parrot works well but the pics were misleading. It only comes with device and charger and book. No car charger or extra foam for mix and earpiece. This device does what it says it does, it is great at noise cancellation and the speaker is great, I don't know why people are saying it only does noise cancellation. The whole device is a good deal. Overpriced, Overdesigned, Overhyped
I have been having a heck of a time finding a way to talk while driving as I am on the road constantly). Earbuds, aux cord, speaker phone are all a wash. I was VERY excited to receive this item as the reviews so positive. However: This thing is huge -like having a brick strapped to the side of your head. People can hear me, but not always. Bad range/connection issue/low volume.
