No streaming
Good headset for taking and making calls. Sounds clear both sending and receiving calls. However it will not stream radio or music. Plantronics web site provides a driver upgrade that will not load. Not "windsmart"
Works well. The sound quality is very good on both ends of the conversations. But this one did not do so well on the sound quality with a good breeze. The person I was talking to could barely hear me. But as just a regular bluetooth. It works good.But as for the "windsmart" not so good. I did purchase a refurbished model. Nice for 1st Bluetooth User: Easy and Helpful
This is my 1st bluetooth. Ad said it would send texts and receive and read them to you as well as play music. I am a slow learner with this stuff but the directions were helpful. It paired almost immediately. I took it outside. It stays on your ear even bending to scoop after your dog. Has nice sound for music. No wind noise or static despite incoming storm . Sent 1st text this morning. It picked up my dictation perfectly and spoke it back to me before sending. No wires to tangle when juggling stuff. Very good buy. Is a very very good product
It is a very good product, easy to use and comes with everything that a user needs to use it. Works with all bluetooth devices with what you connect, even works with Skype For Business / Skype public, as long as the computer can connect by bluetoth. I've been using Plantronics earpieces for many years, and have always been pleased with the performance. They keep improving them, and this model is no exception. Easy to use, with great features. If you are still holding your phone up to your ear, you need to get one of these, and see what you are missing. Like the design. But did not like the quality
I'm going on what other headsets I've had . The battery doesn't last as long as others. The sound quality is ok, if both speakers put out the same volume. Can hardly hear , when a call comes in. I bought it on how it looked. And I've had Plantronics Bluetooths before. And loved them, hoping this one was the same. I like the design and fit. But, battery and sound not good. Voyager, a good value for the price.

This unit is not as easy to use as my previous one. It is difficult to turn on and off It does not prompt the user to answer an oncoming call.
