Cheap fix.
If you have any mechanical ability at all, you can replace this yourself. Plastic part is the shear point in the system and designed to fail, to keep the slide motor from burning up. Problem is, dealers won't sell you this part! They'll sell you $300 motor or $700 motor, transmission, and shafts assembly. No thanks, RV parts guy. Great savings.
The part came in on time and fit 100%. Have used it about 10 times so fare and it works perfect. Sure beet paying $ 500 too $700 to replace the hole motor. Dealers and service center insisted no parts was available and only could offer a complete motor replacement. It took me less 10 minutes to replace the gear.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

LCI Tuson slide gear
Nice fitting gear that saved me from replacing the whole unit. I noticed that my motor was running but my slider was not moving. I then took the cover off with 4 Phillips head screws and discovered the stripped factory nylon gear. There was plenty of factory grease still in the unit and I lubricated the gear with that. Great fix

It works
It works, seem well built, center hole was a a tight fit but that may be a good thing. The cost seems a bit high for what it is but this was the cheapest method to fix the drive. The one I got was white nylon I think.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Correct gear
