I was initially hesitant about the arrival of the monitor from reading all the horror stories from other reviewers. However, once I received the package, I noticed that was not the case. Everything came in well packaged and the unit looked brand new from the outset. When I turned the unit on, I didn't notice any dead pixels or anomality with the picture as described by others. What stood out to me the most were how the colors popped out and how sharp and clear everything looked. Looks almost as good as a LG OLED TV if you ask me. I am planning on calibrating it to see if there's a difference in picture quality. Image looks a bit bright but for me that's not a problem. It's definitely easy on the eyes. Pictures and movies look great. The included speakers are serviceable but if you can get better speakers get them. I wished the unit came with more inputs besides the HDMI and DP, but that's why HDMI splitters were invented in the first place. It comes with additional USB ports and a headphone jack but I don't plan on using them. Build quality looks superb. Wished it came with instructions how to set up the sound with the monitor as I had to go searching online to get it resolved. Overall, it is an excellent unit.
This was a great monitor when it first came out some years ago and it can still go toe-to-toe with monitors of similar specs today, albeit they are a lot less expensive nowadays than when this monitor originally came out.
