Many years ago I learned Tai Chi with a TV show with Joey Bond. Over the years I got away from it and recently saw this DVD and thought it was the same as the TV show. There are 24 "forms" in Tai Chi and the TV series had one a day till all 24 were mastered, than the last show put them all together. I like how Joey Teaches, slow and using mirror image to make it easier to follow. I assumed this DVD would have the 24 moves, like the TV series. All it is, is a few warm ups and the first 2 moves (that go together) like the first 2 TV shows put together. It also shows a little bit of the 3rd move at the end. When I was looking to buy this, from various places one of them said "the 24 forms of Tai Chi" Not saying the ebay seller I bought it from said this, there wasn't any info about the content of it. It doesn't sasy ON the DVD or package "this is the first in a series" and there doesn't seem to be anymore of them to get to continue on with the entire series of 24 moves. I watched this and started to do it, and then there was no more. There are 6 chapters (and "play all") but they are basically one of the TV shows, cut up into chapters and dragged out (one chapter he stops the others doing it and goes over what they are doing wrong, in one he sits and opens up a fortune cookie and discusses that) . I'm glad I didn't pay as much as some sellers were charging for it.
The easiest way to learning the 24 short form tai chi is with Joey Bond. I have been a fan of his DVD for over 25 yrs. I have taken up another form of tai chi recently and without any Joey Bond Inner Wave DVD available it is a struggle by comparison.
