Unlike the last shelves I bought (different brand) they were very quickly and easily assembled and are very sturdy, I bought 2 and put them together like in the ad and they look great! Plenty of room to store my fast growing book collection!

Very cheap laminate and the surface is already starting to peel and come away from the boards before assembly had begun. Flimsy stability which can only be made serviceable by anchoring it too a wall so this isn't easy in a rental that does not allow wall fixtures. Self taping screw into the top of the unit to achieve an anchor point damaged the cheap material quite a bit before it was deep enough into the unit to secure the bracket. They need to add a pre-drilled hole to screw into so this is avoided. All that said it looks good and does the job but just not worth the price.

It's great value for money however really need to make sure it's mounted to the wall as the top half of shelf can be quite flimsy and prone to falling forward. Otherwise there well put together

My son put this together & was quite angry because it was very unstable. I certainly wouldn't get one if you had small children, no wonder they supplied a wall brace with it! Not worth the money... sorry...
