Put in a AA battery & it worked & worked & I find upon occaission that I have to shake it to get the battery to engage. When it works, it works well... for the price it is hard to complain.

It does not work at ALL the soft part tht you insert in your ear is so soft tht it bends so now once you finally do get in the canal its actually to soft and DON'T DO ANYTHING. Great price, but not worth it.

I don't doubt that the product works... If you can withstand the unevenly shaped edge connecting the disposible tip to the handle. Scrapped the outside of ear and front of ear opening.
