Love love love the warm seat at night. Really glad I got this before the current cold spell we’ve had. Have only used the Low heat setting and it’s prefect. The light is a little brighter than I would like so I’m not using that feature but really like this product. Wrong product size
I was send an elongated seat, not a round like advertised. It works, but doesn’t fit my toilet. The box was severely damaged in transit, but there doesn’t appear to be damage to the unit.

A warm toilet seat in the cold winter is a pleasure!
This is our second Luma Warm toilet seat in our new house in the Utah mountains. Nothing like a warm toilet seat on a cold morning. This is the 2nd LumaWarm heated toilet seat we've bought. We installed the 1st in our home when we remodeled the master bath in preparation for selling. I have no doubt the LumaWarm heated toilet seat will tip the scales in our favor! My joke is: Women love it and men will find themselves sitting even when they don't have to! We just purchased our 2nd for our new home. They're great - they take the chill off (low setting is fine for us) and the nightlight is welcome for those middle of the night visits. No more cold "bum" shock!

A terrific treat for the tush!
Just got this today and already know that it's going to be a well loved addition to the household. Bought it as a reconditioned/open box item but it may as well have been brand new. Theres not a scratch on it and shows absolutely no sign of previous use. Anyway, this seat took 5 minutes to install(including removing the old seat). Turned it on and it's working perfectly.
