Just what I wanted.
After trying another well known brand muffler that didn’t have a DB baffle and was two loud and sharp sound, I decided to try the S&S that has a DB silencer that can be removed and I found the S&S to be much more pleasant sounding with a nice mellow tone with the DB baffle installed. High quality construction and looks good.

Fits and sounds good
The pipe fit and my FTR has a much better sound. The only thing I had to do was add a few washers to get mounting bracket to fit tight on the pipe. I used two 5/16 washers and one 5/16th lock washer on each bolt. That was a super easy solution.

Excellent product
This pipe has an amazing deep low sound to it. It was easy to install & saves weight. My only complaint is that the bolts they supplied for the frame bracket had red loctite on them rendering them useless, I had to use different ones to make it work, would be 5 star rating otherwise.

Definitely a good slip on muffler.
It's a good slip on it definitely made my FTR1200 louder. But to make it more louder I'd have to get rid of the big converter and have the bike flashed.
