Nice, reliable shifter.
Nice, clean, crisp shifts. Easy to install. Shifts happen quickly with a clear click, both up and down. The barrel adjuster for the derailleur cable is smooth and holds well. If there is to be a con, it is that it lacks a visible indicator for the gear one is in. You must keep track of your own gears. Make sure you follow the directions on the install. It works much better if the directions are followed.
