I have used this product for years. I originally purchased while on holiday in England nearly 25 years ago. It was recommended to me by a work colleague who asked me to buy some for her while I was in England. There is no other antiseptic cream on the market. I suffer from heat rashes all the time. I found this product my godsend when working in catering and a very hot environment. Some days the heat rash was so severe my skin was red roar, and I found it difficult to walk. My only relief after work was this cream. It takes all the sting away due to its anaesthetic properties. Over the years I have purchased from any British shops in Australia.
