Hard to replace...couldn't find any videos...
Tried to find videos to remove this piece and couldn't so i used someone elses review to get additional tools i needed to complete the job. It took 3 days, and a lot of expletives, but the job is done...except now i have more "extra screws " than before....better get back at it...

The old lower dash panel had been destroyed by UV from the sun. This panel was a bit of a challenge to replace. I had to purchase two 90° screw drivers to get the panel out and install the new panel. I had to lay on my back to get this done. However, I got it done.

Good replacement part for dash pad above glove box
Good fitting part. It's not necessary to remove the dash to replace this section above the glove box. Only need to remove the glove box, air bag, and A/C vent at far right. Pry the vent out carefully & slowly. The air bag has three screws visible from underneath once the glove box is out.
