Oh it's Flexible!!!!
I bought this online only having read reviews, and not held one. It really is flexible, not to the point of being flimsy or dangerous, but just right for its purpose of getting around bones. Ive used it tidying up ribs, filleting and skinning fish. Previously ive tried to do everything using only my 6 knives in the bamboo stand set, but i wish i'd bought this knife at the same time all those years ago. It probably should be part of that set, and remove one of the smaller pairing knives. Anyway, great knife, fit for purpose, worth the money!
