Missing a vital part to attach to the filler flap.
You see that hole in the hook at the end of the tether? There needs to be a little rubber plug that you push through that hole and into the filler flap. This holds the hook firmly in the slot of the filler flap. This is not included so the hook does not stay attached to the flap when you close it. 3/5 because the cap does fit, but that's not why I bought this.
