Very nice model kit of the Classic TV Batmobile that set the standard for popular culture Batmobiles in the movies. Years ago we only had vintage kits that suffered from accuracy as well as being rather basic. Today the Polar Lights Batmobile gives us a kit made to a modern standard with optional parts such as a real world engine (as used in the actual vehicle) and the fantasized atomic battery the vehicle "used" in the TV show. It also includes resin figures of Adam West's Batman and Burt Ward's Robin. Working with resin is more of an intermediate modeling skill and requires cynoacrylic adhesive (aka Super Glue). Also included are photo etched parts that require advanced modeling skills and also cynoacrylic glue. Because of the additional items, this kit is not recommended for casual modelers or beginners. It is highly recommended for avid modelers of advance skills.Read full review

This model kit hearkens back to 60s when Adam West and Burt Ward fought Gotham City crime with a POW!, BAM! , and WHAM! This is an authentic replica kit of the Lincoln Futura concept car George Barris transformed into the Caribbean aped Crusader's turbine powered ride.

Lots of parts to piece together. Very good detail, the model batmobile will look great on it's own
