Too soft
The tourna string savers were too soft and rubbery. I put them on a racquet with clear and colored strings. The first ten minutes felt better than a new set of strings. The strings were able to move and snap back in place. However, after ten minutes that feeling went away. When I looked through the clear strings, I could see the colored strings underneath. My strings ate through the string savers within 10 mins. I'm a 4.0 player at best. I don't think they should have broken through that fast. I also ordered the Gamma and Babolat versions. The Babolat are also soft and rubbery, but the Gamma are more plastic and hard. I have not played with the Gamma or Babolat, but I'm sure the Gamma is the correct fit. One good thing about the tourna string savers is that they stick out and make the string stick out. That translates to more ball grip and more spin.

Ok quality for budget price
String saver material feels flimsy and thicker compared to Babolat product. Strings still move around. Does ok job for the price.
