Cartridges delivered are nothing like in the photos. Cartridges only have 2 inches of toner powder inside (2000 pages) and delivered with no box only the bubble bags. Cartridges also have no toner empty window (unlike the ones advertised in the photos) so the printer will never tell you they have run empty. This review was made by a printer technician with 25 years experience and is thoroughly peeved with what has been delivered. TN3185 are supposed to yield 7000pages.

Happy with the product, was a little surprised that it is only the toner assembly. Seems that is all that needed replacing anyway. I have done two reams of paper so far with no hiccups. So I am happy.
