I love this unit. It's plug and play, nothing else to fiddle with. However, it is too easy to open the hard drive compartment, and it has done this on multiple occasions when I have picked it up. I might Blu-Tack the lid on inside the hard drive compartment.

The external hard drive case worked fine for a few weeks, then didn't. I've had to take the case apart and jiggle the hard drive and slide the case back together to get it to mount.
