Pros: Easier to use than upper arm (cuff) monitor. Good clear setup instructions. Appears to be relatively accurate as my blood pressure readings have been in line with those taken at my doctor's office. Uses regular alkaline batteries available anywhere. Cons: None Bottom line: A good value at less than half of what you would pay for a similar unit at a discount or drug store.

Wonderful design... but inaccuracy and inconsitency make it worthless
Very nice device except for its wildly inconsistent and almost random results. The 3 diagnostic values return a wide and significant range of different values for the same subject when evaluated, under identical circumstances, and only minutes apart. It is a very slick and attractive machine, but unfortunately it may be worse than worthless.
