Is this newer English Leather different than it was in the 70's and 80's? Yes! But I think the scent is very similar. It is still very masculine and appealing. This English Leather is not like the original.
This version of "authentic" English Leather does not smell anything like the original, the one I used in my younger years. I have some other small bottles that do smell original, but I bought them in a thrift store, so I don't know exactly how old they are. I had high hopes for this large container I have just purchased. Though it doesn't have a bad smell, it's just not the original. I don't think I will use this new bottle.
