I went over to this stick from a x52 pro. I play elite dangerous mostly along with dcs world. The stick itself doesn't feel as solid as the x52. But it's functional. I like the fact it unscrews from the base so changing the spring is a walk in the park. Some of the positioning of the buttons are a bit weird. I'd say I have average sized hands but I find it difficult to reach without making my hands ache. The same goes for the throttle. The buttons seem to be crammed on. It's nice having so many to program. But the buttons on the base sometime get obstructed by the throttle when it's at max. The throttle itself is really stiff. Even at the lightest setting. I'm not sure if this is because of too much grease etc. I've gotten used to it and in certain games such as flight some it feels like it should be a heavy throttle. The small joysticks on the stick and throttle are probably the most disappointing. They are overly sensitive. The way around it for me was to make the deadlines massive. The software if I'm honest. Is crap. I'm hoping it will get better but I doubt it. I don't find it very user friendly. Overall. If you are planning on going flight Sims using real planes. I'd go with another stick. Space Sims. This would be better. It's not a bad stick but it's not the greatest. If I had to choose again. I'd Prolly stay with the x52 pro. Read full review

My sample was functionally disapointing over sensitive and difficult to set up. my old fh flightstick is much better in spite of lack of bells and whistles. The saitek hud software often crashed and did not work in spite of several clean installes.

Would be five stars except for the very marked detent in the pitch axis. But does what its supposed to do and looks quite well made. Good value.

Compared to X52 Saitek throttle this one is packed with possibilities. I mean not only two throttle system but rotaries, hats and switches. And what was most important for me the shitf-stage functionality has been transferred from the stick to the throttle quadrant. That is what I missed when I retired my X52 system.

Nice Throttle. One draw back the throttle leavers are a might on the stiff side But I believe they can be sorted by going into the base and removing the tensioner

its a great joystick But don't pay over 250-275 USD for it, its being scalped since a few new space sim/flight sim games came out.
