Nice product but cannot seal it! The seals were later found and everything works as it should.
We believe the mattress came without a plug for sealing the air after being pumped. We cannot use it in the present condition as there is no way we can seal the opening at the back of the headrest. We think something is missing, including a repair kit as indicated in the instructions. Please advise how the problem can be fixed. This was my first review showing my annoyance. Since then and by luck I found the missing pieces which must have fallen out unpacking the product and fell under something else on the floor. My sincere apologies. I am now completely happy with the inflatable mattress! Sorry for my earlier outburst.
