Average product Connection is unstable. Sound quality is inferior as well compared to XM4. They are shiny and a bit too small, making them harder to handle Earbuds tips are improved but the fit is still a bit strange with the tips, it doesnt sit as well as before. Exceptional sound. Lousy eartips.
The depth of sound, the clarity and the definition/separation of instruments and voices is truly outstanding. The product is let down by substandard eartips which are almost impossible to fit properly and get a good seal. I am now purchasing various separate aftermarket tips to try and get a good fit. Superb sound and comfort
An improvement on the WF-1000XM4 both in function and comfort. A similar sound performance to the XM4 which is superb. The separate pairing function is brilliant enabling easy transfer between smartphone and computer. The design for the new earpads improved the fit and retention of the earpiece. The refurbished item had a couple of blemishes but otherwise as new. Early to tell whether the listening time is compromised by the age of the unit. Next level quality from the likes of Galaxy 2s - leave them for dead. Typically Sony quality in design and function. Audio quality is superb and noise cancelling, although not complete, is sufficient in most cases.
