An excellent keyboard, super comfortable to use and has all sorts of nifty shortcut features. The mouse can be described the same way and you can customise the buttons. This is the second combo with this product number that I've had and only had to replace it after finding out that years of whacking the previous one upside down on my computer desk to remove cat hairs was not a good idea!

the mouse is great, feels like a really good quality product, but the keyboard....... oh my gosh, it is clear the Logitech people have not tested it themselves, it is very poor quality, feels cheap and nasty. disappointing for the money paid.

I don't ownt he MK550 but the non-unifying former version Y-RCP140 which is exact same keyboard and mouse. I own the set since 2008, the white characters and numbers are still there almost intact (except C, R, N). However, just as another commenter said the buttons become clunky, slightly jam half way after about 3-4 years of use. Especially the space bar that would really jab half way, it's annoying that i have to take the space bar out and sort of Fix it. The mouse has a good design 6 buttons (left, right, back, forth and wheel left, wheel right, plus wheel scroll).... but the wheel left and wheel right just not working since like 3 years of use. And the left button died about 5 years. of course i had dropped the mouse a few times. So then i bought a replacement "button" and replaced the broken one on the board (by soldering). No issue thereafter, obvious the replacement is of higher quality. The only thing annoy me (not the MK550 but my Y-RCP140) is that I can never find a part to mod it into Unifying.....i still have to plug the thumb size USB receiver on my Surface Pro 3 which look weird and vulnerable.Read full review

I've been using this product for a little while now and have found it really easy to adjust to. It's the first keyboard I've used that isn't "square" (as-in, this keyboard has a slight curve to it.) The feature keys do require additional software to be installed, but that's OK. They can all be customised which is pretty cool. Very happy with this purchase. I'd recommend it to family in friends if they weren't all silly Mac users.

Love this little combo, keyboard is easy to use, quiet, feels solid and has great features, controls music, programs & much more love the wave, comfortable for Arthritic hands!! The mouse is smooth, frisky & responsive, nice thin waist & great for small hands. Installation was a dream, opened the box, pulled out the tabs that protected the batteries, popped in the Logitech dongle & away she went, in an instant, that's what I'm talking bout!! I bought this combo to replace my MX5500 (which I have loved), due to constant blue tooth issues on my computer, so the wireless has saved me a lot of drama, I'm certainly happy with her replacement!!

Bought one of these many years ago and I have always liked it, finally after many years the original mouse died and the keyboard was starting to look a bit ratty. I bought it many years ago on sale for $125. I have been looking around for a while for a replacement and the original keyboard is still available but now it has a different mouse which has a 1 or 2 less buttons and functions and is not USB rechargeable like the original which had built in batteries. The RRP is around $159.99 but by shopping around you may be able to pick it up for around $95.00 or slightly less on line with free delivery like I did and at that price it was a no brainer for me at least.

Its amazing to see a product that was first introduced in about 2015 still in production today. A magic Keyboard seriously thinking of buying another in case they decide to halt production or change it. Admitabley according to other reviewers there could be changes, but there only cosmetic, from what I have viewed. Yes a very pleasing keybourd to use. Well Pleased.

The problem with most reviews is that people usually review a product as new and don't give them time to really try them out so with that in mind this review looks at a Logitech wave with over 3 years of use. Gradually over time the keys lose their white letters and numbers so the keys just end up black squares. A savvy D.I.Y repair is to print white numbers and stick them on with tape. The keys are clunky... not at first but over time they get worse to the point where they jam half way down and this can be really annoying. The top silver keys can be programmed to open web pages or applications which was well used. The soft palm rest although a nice feature wont last long - the material begins to give way and peel. This is a big disappointment because generally Logitech products aren't half bad. One star.Read full review

I love the layout of the keys, makes typing a breeze. Found programs easily to download for adjusting/creating settings. Only slight issue with numbers keypad, was a little slow responding at times. I put this down to the new Bluetooth connection. Otherwise it's a great upgrade.

While the design is good I feel for the money could have had more features. Like you never know when caps lock is on there's no light letting you know. I know it's simple but the old series of this keyboard had a little LCD screen telling you when num lock, caps ect was on
