excellent on induction cook tops
had a heavy weight ScanPan non stick wok for 12 years and when we changed to an induction cooktop recently I was a bit apprehensive about going to stainless steel. When the new wok arrived again I was taken back on how light it was but I have used it several times now and am impressed. With the induction cooktop the new SS wok heats up really impressively though after a few cooks now realise it needs to be used on lower temps than I have used before.
