Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Film Cameras
The thing about Rolleiflex 35mm cameras, you either gat a good one and love them or get a "lemon" and hate them. I've had both in the past and my current one is a jewel. There is a certain "feel" to an SL35E and its sister the Voitglander VSL-3 that are akin to all Leicas. it's the anodized body finish rather than paint on their lower siblings. If you've had one you'll know of what I speak and if not, go and find one to experience it. A majority of Rollei lenses are made in Japan or Singapore to Zeiss T* specs and as such have great resolving power and great "Bokeh". I have amasses numerous true "German" versions and the build quality rivals Leitz units. Also available are Schneider units that even Leica uses.
