General Information Henry Blooms Herb-a-lax compounded herbs is a gentle, yet effective natural laxative which also relieve wind. Created using a special formulation of senna leaf, buckthorn bark, psyllium seed, dill seed and liquorice root powder. Psyllium provides a great source of fibre and together with liquorice root powder has a gentle soothing action on the bowel. Dill seed has a carminative action on the bowel and helps reduce digestive discomfort. Directions Adults: Take 1.5 g (approx. 5 mL teaspoon) with water or fruit juice before bedtime.

A tub lasts a long time because you don't need much of it. Tastes disgusting so needs to be taken with juice to prevent nausea when ingesting. But works like a charm if you are stressed and having trouble going to the bathroom.
