Fits all models of FORD FAIRLANE series AU,only: from 1998 to 2002 fitted with 4.0L VCT (variable cam timing) 6 Cyl engines ONLY, Manual or Automatic transmissions (will not fit NL or BA models ,will not fit standard 6 cyl engines).
