a very good product but not easy to synchronize with Garmin App
The product is very good and easy to use, with basic features the watch which I prefer but extremely difficult to use Garmin App that I gave up to synchronize my watch. I am not happy at all with Garmin App.
I like this replacement for my Vivofit 1, takes into account cycling and Pilates etc, has a timer for workouts, something which I use daily. It is also back lit which comes in handy at night.
My only complaint is the bands, although I got the regular which is the smallest, they are huge on my skinny wrist, something I have battled all my life. Come on Garmin, not all of us are body builders, please start catering for those of us who are small boned. I know the Vivofit Jr will fit it but they don't come with buckles and now the generic ones are being made in the regular and not the child size.
I do recommend the actual watch and am very pleased with it but please be aware if you have a wrist under 140 you may have difficulty getting bands that fit.
Once i worked out how to sync my VivoFit3 (i wanted it on my computer instead of my phone) i was surprised how easy it was. It is very motivating to see your steps. When my step numbers are down, it makes me want to move more to get them up. Really surprised how accurate it is with my sleep. It really does notice when you wake through the night. Now when i wake up tired, i check my sleep pattern and understand why.
