The good and the bad
So its made in India . The wooden box is very nice and well made with good wood. BUT the vice is POORLY glued to the base, COMMON put a few screws !!Trying to reglue over old glue to hold,we will see, Bobbin works for small spools, too narrow for even medium size. Tools are not bad but the whip finished does not spin. It looks nice and its usable for the money as long as you know the flaws, hence good value but quality because of the badly glued base and the smaller bobbin is a noVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

this is an awesome kit and just what my daughter wanted for tying flies. we did wonder what people commenting about the base becoming unglued when we researched this product, which it had, but we glued it and clamped it while drying... do not see this really as an issue and hopefully the glue holds. if not, we will just try a different glue. but she was excited to start using it to tie some flies....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
