This is a 400k drive. I DID FORMAT, COPY, READ, WRITE and BOOT FROM THIS DRIVE. HOWEVER, IT DID NOT LIKE ALL THE DISKS I TRIED USING AND OTHER DRIVES TOOK THEM JUST FINE. The Macintosh was then booted from the external drive with all three system disks.
