Seems that anything 3M makes is most often top notch. The face shield angle is adjustable and can be locked in place, unlike some other brands using basically a large rivet. The polycarbonate is crystal clear and replaceable.

I trust 3M products
My last head gear lasted almost 10 years before one of the straps broke. They are fully adjustable and comfortable. The face shield is of thick material and retains it's shape. I have cheaper face shields but they don't protect as well as this one does.
