Love my BSG220. Smaller than the BSG520 but grill plate is only 1cm narrower, 2cm less in depth and 3cm less in height. Fits better into a smaller space e.g. height restricted. But you don't get the extended 3 year warranty.

I an very happy with the Breville BSG220. I have used it on a variety of different breads. It also toasts crumpets very well as I never able to toast the crumpets well in the toaster. It does a great job on banana bread. Does great toasties. Very happy with the product.

Obviously cost-reduced compared to the one it replaced, but still good. In fact, the small attachment at the side which allows the top lid height to be adjusted works much better on this one - both sides of the sandwich are touched, but not compressed much, if at all.
