Great all year round visor
Whilst these don't get quite as dark as a full tinted visor, they do get pretty damn close. And you can't beat their versatility. Combine this with a good pinlock insert and you will have a visor you can leave on all year around, day or night, and get out and enjoy yourself rather than worrying about which visor to take and having to swap them.

Who needs sunglasses?
As someone who wears glasses it is impossible to wear sunglasses while wearing a helmet. And although my prescription lenses are transition lenses they just don’t work properly in a motorcycle helmet. My Shoei NXR does not have an inbuilt tinted visor, so I decided to try a transitions visor. I am impressed. The transitions visor does a great job in cutting glare while being clear at night. It won’t give you the sinister appearance of a dark smoke or reflective visor, but it will stop you squinting to avoid glare.

Photochromic is the only choice in a visor
Quality is great... typical Shoei but not made them but by Transitions. If you want one visor to do full sunlight, partial sunlight, overcast rain or night that this Photochromic visor is your only choice.
