    You may not know what you're missing!

    After thirty years of using Spyderco knives of all sorts, this is the first of this type I have experience with and I shouldn't have waited so long! As the price of non Chinese mfg. Spyderco products have surged upward in the last few years along with everything else, I had to curtail my purchases. When I stumbled on the Rock Climber on ebay I knew I had to have one. Wharncliffe blades are my favorite style. Now that I have it in my hands I recognize the virtues of this line of knives. The extreme flatness and very light weight achieved with design cleverness not compromise of quality or performance is enough of a reason alone. Add the quality of the steel and the sharpness out of the box which makes it a cutting machine. At this point it has cut mostly cardboard and other paper products, but will get heavier use on the farm over time. If you haven't tried this line, you don't know what you're missing!
